My Background
Tired of tutors who charge too much, who intimidate you with their didactic style? I will explain mathematical concepts to you in plain English. I will help you become confident with one step before moving to the next, since math is a cumulative subject. I have a strong academic/professional background in mathematics & statistics and enjoy sharing the joys of Mathematics with everyone --I love ALL math and will teach you to love it too! Any level of math student is welcome from middle school to Graduate students
Let's face it: math creates anxiety for some, and my office features a comfortable work space with an adjoining lounge for parents. I can also travel in the DMV area for private in-person tutoring. My special rate for 2022 is $ 75 per hour. Sliding scale is available for qualified families.
